We use labels like text messages to convey something complex with as few characters as possible. Labels can illuminate your life, or be divisive in belittling yourself and others, or, they can inspire by shifting a preconceived assumption. We’ve seen an extreme example of that in France this week.

Do you and I have the courage to examine our kingdom of labels and choose to redefine, celebrate or reject those that limit you and others?

FOX News just ran this piece of mine today Can you stop using these 3 labels in 2015: “Poor people”, “victim” and “date rape”

Please go to the comment section on the FOX and add your wisdom and the labels you’d like to see omitted. Your wise, sane voice would be appreciated! If you can, please share the article on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn sites!

Yours for the journey, Robert
